AIWAN is a three-seat leather sofa SaazWood builds to order in Rawalpindi.

The photograph shows the design, not the piece you will receive. Yours is made for your room, so the size, the timber, the finish and the fabric are all decided with you before anything is cut — and written into your quotation before you commit.

Seating is the piece a family uses most and replaces least, so the frame, the foam density and the fabric are all specified with you before anything is cut.

What to send us

• The narrowest doorway, stair turn or lift on the route into the room.
• Anything it has to sit next to, and roughly what that is made of.

We come back with a specification and a price. Nothing is ordered until you have both in writing.
