Delivery
Charges and timelines by zone, so the figure you see at checkout is a figure you have already seen here.
Zone charges are being confirmed
This page will list every delivery zone with its charge, its free-delivery threshold where one applies, and its timeline. Nothing is listed until those figures are confirmed — a delivery charge that turns out to be wrong is worse than one that is not published yet.
Before delivery day
Large furniture fails to reach a room far more often than it fails to fit it. Before your delivery date, measure the narrowest point on the route — the street door, the lift, the turn at the top of the stairs — and compare it against the largest single component listed on the product page. If it is close, say so in advance rather than on the day.
Made-to-order lead times
Lead time and delivery time are two different things. The lead time on a product page is how long the piece takes to make; the delivery timeline is what happens after that. For a made-to-order piece, add the two together when you are planning.
